The Disc Dryer is suitable for materials:

drying pyrolysis combustion cooling reaction sublimation

(1) Organic chemical products

(2) Inorganic chemical products

(3) Medicine and food

(4) Feed and fertilizer

Analysis of technical characteristics of disc Dryer:

(1) Drying tray

1. Design pressure: generally 0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.

2. Working pressure: generally ≤0.4MPa, up to 1.6MPa.

3. Heating medium: steam, hot water, heat transfer oil, hot water heating when the temperature of the drying plate is 100℃, ≤0.4MPa saturated steam or superheated steam heating when the temperature is 100℃~150℃, and heat conduction when the temperature is 150℃~320℃ Oil heating, when > 320 ℃, it can be heated by electricity, heat conduction oil, molten salt, etc.

(2) Material conveying system

1. Spindle speed: 1 to 10 rpm, electromagnetic or variable frequency stepless speed regulation.

2. Rake arms: There are 2 to 8 rake arms fixed on the main shaft on each layer of drying tray.

3. Rake blade: articulated on the rake arm, it can float up and down with the disc surface to keep in contact, and there are various forms.

4. Rolling: For materials that are easy to agglomerate and need to be pulverized, adding rolling at an appropriate position can strengthen the heat transfer and drying process.

(3) The shell has three types of normal pressure, airtight and vacuum

1. Atmospheric pressure type: cylindrical or octagonal prism type, with integral and split structures. The main pipeline for the inlet and outlet of the heating medium can be inside the casing or outside the casing.

2. Airtight type: cylindrical shell, can withstand 5Kpa internal pressure, the main pipeline of heating medium inlet and outlet can be inside the shell or outside the shell.

3. Vacuum type: cylindrical shell, the design pressure is 0.1Mpa, and the main pipeline for the inlet and outlet of the heating medium is in the shell.

(4) Air heater

Generally used in the case of large evaporation to enhance drying efficiency.
