1. Failure: The transmission motor turns to the mesh belt and does not move

Reason: speed is too slow, handwheel is not locked; CVT fault

Measures: Re-adjust and lock the handwheel; repair or replace according to the instruction manual of the continuously variable transmission

2. Failure: The speed of the mesh belt changes during operation

Reason: speed is too slow, handwheel is not locked; CVT fault

Measures: Re-adjust and lock the handwheel; repair or replace according to the instruction manual of the continuously variable transmission

3. Failure: temperature out of control

Reason: trap stuck; intake valve failure; moisture exhaust valve closed

Action: Repair or replace

4. Failure: the motor does not work

Reason: The automatic switch is not closed; the three-phase power supply of the motor is missing; the motor is burned out

Measures: close the automatic switch corresponding to each motor; check whether the three-phase power supply of the motor is normal; check whether the motor is burned out

5. Fault: temperature display error

Reasons: The instrument is not in good contact with the thermal resistance; the thermal resistance of each unit is reversed; the thermal resistance is damaged

Measures: Tighten the connecting screw between the meter and the thermal resistance; correct the corresponding position of each thermal resistance; replace the thermal resistance

DW single layer belt dryer maintenance

Add No. 30 mechanical oil to the continuously variable transmission and replace it once a year. Pay attention to the position of the oil mark. Add anti-rust oil to the transmission chain once a week.
