1. The tunnel-type hot air circulating drying should be placed on a dry and level ground to prevent vibration and corrosion. Install the power supply carefully, install a power switch with sufficient capacity according to the power of the tunnel-type hot air circulation drying, select enough power wires, and have a good grounding wire.

2. For the tunnel-type hot air circulation oven with the mercury thermometer thermostat with electric contacts, the two wires should be connected to the terminal posts on the top of the two junction boxes respectively. Another common mercury thermometer plugs into the vent valve. The thermometer in the vent valve is used to calibrate the electrical contact mercury thermometer and observe the actual temperature inside the box, and open the vent hole of the vent valve. Adjust the electric contact mercury thermometer to the required temperature, and fix the screw on the steel cap to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. 3. When everything is ready, put the sample into the oven, then turn on the power supply, and the oven is heated when a red indicator light is displayed. When the temperature reaches the control temperature, the red light turns off and the green light turns on and starts to maintain the temperature. To prevent failure of temperature control, it is necessary to maintain observation.

4. Be careful not to arrange the samples too densely. Test products should not be placed on heat sinks to prevent obstruction of hot air flow. It is forbidden to bake flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive items.

5. When the sample is in the studio, you can open the outer box door and observe through the glass door. However, the glass door should be opened as little as possible, so as not to affect the constant temperature. Especially when the working temperature is above 200 degrees Celsius, opening the box door may cause the glass door to be quenched and ruptured.
